MANUFACTURING FACILITY POSITIONS

MACHINE OPERATOR II (B SHIFT)

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate Ideal’s various Machinery including our CNC Pipe Profiling Machine, Robotic Crane Arm, Plasma/Flame Cutting table and the Tube plasma pipe cutter
  • Load and move material via Forklift
  • Deburr parts
  • Input job specifications into computer
  • Measure, count and maintain job order accuracy

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Level: Experienced

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Troubleshoot PLC systems on CNC machines and robotics.
  • Working with 12v to 480V 3 phase 3 Phase Electric, an Electrician License is not required
  • Installs and repairs electrical wiring and electronic components on machinery and equipment
  • Set-up Industrial machining equipment including high voltage wiring but not limited to (drill presses, grinders, welders, mills, lathes, and other metal working tools to fabricate and repair parts.)
  • Performs equipment repair on overhead cranes, conveyor, and automation equipment
  • Perform electrical and electro-mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance on all machines, at time including forklifts and/or facility equipment
  • Detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with operators, supervisors, or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem and repair 12 v machines.
  • Operate a wide variety of hand and power tools
  • Must be available for overtime as needed, and available for on-call on occasion.
  • Assist with plant repairs and upgrades as needed, including light plumbing, painting, and other general maintenance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • Must possess a wide range of technical skills including knowledge of manufacturing automation, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, electrical.
  • Experience in PLC troubleshooting for Fanuc, HAAS programs
  • Electrical and/or Mechanical Maintenance Experience in a manufacturing or commercial environment
  • Proficient in reading, math, and possess strong communication skills, ability to read, write and understand EnglishPhysical Demands and Work Environment
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Able to stand (75%); walk (10%); stoop, kneel or crouch (15%), as required; Frequent twisting, horizontal reaching, upper extremity push/pull
  • Able to wear required PPE; ear plugs, safety glasses, steel toed boots
  • Temperatures inside the plant will match or exceed the outdoor conditions as bay doors remain open
  • Weld smoke and metal cutting machine filtration systems minimize smoke but do not eliminate it. Air quality is below OSHA PEL (Permissible Exposure Limits) guidelines; therefore, Respirator use not required by standard, Voluntary Use only- must have medical evaluation prior.

    order processing TECHNICIAN

    Job Level: Experienced

     

    Position Summary: Responsible for the full cycle of order processing. Process orders within ERP system, build bill of material and create routers. Manage truck breakdowns and print required documents for the shop floor.

    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Ensure accuracy on all new orders being entered into JobBoss2 and verify that part numbers, descriptions, weights, etc.
    • Build BOM’s per engineering blueprints; calculate weights, material usage and enter part numbers
    • Update routing by adding the correct machine(s). quality control requirements and completion time
    • Collaborate with Inventory Manager and procurement to ensure accurate inventory of items required to fulfill the order
    • Print and assemble job travelers and verify all routers and drawings are correct to deliver to the shop floor
    • Closely follow custom projects through the shop and reach out to Production Manager for guidance with build issues/suggestions and first-part approval.
    • Assist the Production Manager and Production Supervisor with part build processes and questions regarding material specifics
    • Attend daily Production Meetings
    • Assist the Production Scheduler as needed with the scheduling of projects
    • Frequently check your email and respond immediately to all inquiries

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

    • Intermediate experience working in ERP systems
    • A minimum of two years of manufacturing experience
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel and mathematics
    • Ability to read blueprints

    civil design engineer

    Job Level: Experienced

    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    Perform preliminary pile designs, takeoffs, and quotations: 

    • Review and understand the project plans, specification, and geotechnical report. 
    • Coordinate project pile/foundation designs. 
    • Provide design and/or material recommendations including Value Engineering (VE) pile design alternates.  
    • Collaborate with the Team to understand client and project needs to offer most economical design.  

    • Coordinate and participate in conference calls between the project teams. 
    • Prepare the preliminary design and coordinate material estimates with the team for package distribution to the customer 

    Manage execution of signed & sealed design submittals: 

    • Verify all project information (plans, specification, and geotechnical report) is available and adequate for the design process.  
    • Coordinate submittal completion with engineering firm within project schedule.  

    • Review and coordinate any revisions that may be requested. 
    • Address design RFI’s 
    • Provide supporting documentation as required.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required 
    • Geotechnical and structural engineering experience preferred 
    • Ability to work (independently and in a team setting) under pressure with challenging deadlines. 
    • Advanced computer program skills specifically with various CAD programs (including Inventor), Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheet  
    • Previous experience in the deep foundation/construction industry a plus 

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

    • Ability to work in an open office environment.  
    • Ability to sit for several hours at a time
