In late 2020, Family Life Academy and Charter School(FLACS) closed on the largest tax-exempt bond for a charter school operator in New York City’s history. The $126.4 million transaction will include renovating existing facilities and constructing the new FLACS IV location. The new campus is estimated to cost $42 million and will be developed by Highmark school development.

Dole’s salad processing plant in Soledad, CA, recently began a $10 million project to install two wind turbines. The turbines will provide power to the facility to aid Dole in achieving its goal of net zero carbon emissions from Dole-managed operations by 2030.
FLYING EXCAVATORS AND STELCOR DDM’S AT A PAPER MILL IN DULUTH, MN
ST Paper & Tissue acquired its Duluth, MN location in early 2021 and began a $54 million overhaul of the facilities shortly after. The installation of a new tissue paper machine will be one of the most notable upgrades to the facility. The new paper mill will be installed inside the existing factory, and a new foundation will be necessary to support it.
93 STELCOR DDM’S INSTALLED FOR A 7-STORY HOSPITAL ADDITION
The Highland Hospital Patient Tower Project will take three years to complete and will open in the spring of 2023. The project will add five additional stories to the existing 2-story southeast wing and join the south and southeast wings with a 7-story structure.
